NBS Public Relations Founded in 1990, NBS Public Relations is Poland's leading financial and institutional communications consultancy. The agency has handled PR work in support of many of the largest privatisation projects in Poland, including the Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) of Bank Handlowy, Bank Pekao, Telekomunikacja Polska and Polski Koncern Naftowy.
